Martin’s Sausage Skewers

1 pound Martin’s Sausage – “Pepper & Onion”
1 medium zucchini cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion cut into half and then quarters
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 -2 peppers cut into square pieces
(Optional: mushrooms or potatoes)
8 skewers soaked in water
1. Vary skewers with sausage and vegetables
2. Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper
3. Grill till veggies are soft and charred
4. Top with a little Muggers Marrow and serve hot
Optional: Grill some whole Romaine or Radicchio and serve as Kebob Boat or over rice
