Martin’s Mexican Tortas

Martin’s Sausage – “Chorizo”
1 pound Martin’s Chorizo Sausage
1 package of hard shell “Tortas”
3 avocados
½ c Muggers Marrow Pineapple Jalapeno Marinade/Sauce
1 large onion
2 medium peppers
Slice Onions and Peppers
½ cup Corn (off the cob frozen or fresh)
1. Grilled sausage peppers and onions until fully cooked
Optional: Break sausage into pieces or remove casing and cook in a pan
2. Make Muggers Guac using Avocados Muggers Marrow (saves you many steps)
3. Start assembling Torta topped with chorizo, peppers and onions, corn and Muggers Guac
